Design & Action Plan

We’ll come back to you with two recommended options that include financial impact, communication strategy (for both employees and decision-makers), and an implementation timeline.

Execution & Review

Once your strategy is implemented, we’ll come back to you 30 to 90 days later and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken.
