Overtime expenses were getting out of control, with 2014’s overtime expenses being $750k, when the budget was only $200k. Manual systems were used to capture time and attendance, making the reporting of overtime cumbersome and unreliable.

Decrease overtime expenses.

 

Proposal

Implement the ADP™ Time & Attendance module without need of any potentially costly additional support from ADP™. Train employees in how to use the new system.

Results

 Provided supervisors with overtime reports usage to better manage work schedules and overtime. Overtime decreased by 66%, making the figures as estimated in budget.

Completion

Three weeks for implementation; two weeks for training and communication.
